Finding Tenants
We use a comprehensive qualification process for tenant selection. It is in your best interest — and ours — to find qualified, reliable tenants. If you don’t get paid, we don’t either. We will not charge you until your tenant is up-to-date on their payments, protecting your return-on-investment.
Property Maintenance
Our comprehensive property and tenant maintenance includes quarterly check-ins, preventive and routine maintenance, transition repairs between tenants, and full and partial make-readys on new properties. Plus, our in-house maintenance staff enable us to keep costs as low as possible.
Managing Transitions
We manage lease-to-purchase agreements, ensuring a smooth, seamless transition between you and your tenants.
We offer special rates for 10 or more properties.
* Properties must be in the Tulsa Metro area. We do not manage AirBNB properties.
